Now dont confuse a painted concrete road with a spline road. The spine roads are actual objects which cannot be removed. The painted roads are just a ground texture and can be changed with plowing or painting (IE dirt roads). so Im assuming the concrete roads are set and I cant mess with em at all? So there are two types of roads painted roads and spline roads. I know I can plow over the dirt roads but, and I know i can buy the concrete roads and it seems like I can plow over em.
